Billeting Requirement for CANUSA Families

As the host city in 2025, all Hamilton families of selected athletes must billet a visiting athlete from Flint, Michigan.
This long-standing tradition of billeting promotes cultural exchange, builds friendships, and reduces overall program costs.

Vulnerable Sector Check

Parents hosting Flint athletes are required to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check through the Hamilton Police Service.
This process helps ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Learn more at: CANUSA Housing & Screening Info
