CANUSA Games 2023 in Hamilton, Ontario from August 11- 13th

Important information

Registration and payment: coaches will give out registration forms when teams finalized

Hard copy of the registration must be submitted by July 22.  Fee $60 for all sports except for $70 for golf and hockey athletes. 

• Rowan’s Law – all athletes and parents must read and verify the knowledge of the concussion protocol. The concussion awareness program is a law in Ontario as of January 1st, 2022.

Billeting

Billeting is when a Hamilton athlete is hosting a visiting Flint athlete for the weekend. From Opening Ceremonies on Friday, August 11 at 12:30 until Closing Ceremonies on Sunday, August 13 at 9am.  Every attempt will be made to match athletes from the same sport.

Modified Billeting is when a Flint Parent is in a Hamilton hotel and has the option to pick up their athletes from the Hamilton Host home and the Flint athlete sleeps in their hotel room. Modified Billeting Contract signed by Flint parents and shared with Hamilton host parent to ensure good communication for pick up times.
