  • Billeting: A Hamilton athlete will stay with a Flint family from Friday, August 7th (Opening Ceremonies) until Sunday, August 9th (Closing Ceremonies). Every attempt will be made to match athletes from the same sport.
  • Modified Billeting: In this option, a Hamilton family/parent stays in a Flint hotel where a Hamilton athlete can stay. The Modified Billeting Contract will be signed by Hamilton parents during the online registration process via the Hamilton website.
