Hello CANUSA Athletes and Families,
The 68th CANUSA Games will take place August 7th to 9th, 2026, in Flint, Michigan, continuing a tradition that has connected the youth of Hamilton and Flint through sport and friendship for more than 68 years.
Tryouts are currently underway for many sports, and athletes of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. Many sports use tryouts as both evaluation sessions and development opportunities, giving athletes a chance to improve their skills while working toward earning a spot on Team Hamilton.
Once teams are selected, athletes will receive information regarding registration requirements. All athletes travelling to Flint will require:
• A valid Canadian Passport
• A valid Health Card
• Completion of all required registration forms and waivers
One of the most unique parts of the CANUSA Games is the billeting program. Hamilton athletes will be hosted by Flint families during the Games, creating friendships and memories that often last a lifetime. Families who prefer alternative accommodations may choose modified billeting and arrange their own hotel accommodations while still participating in the Games.
