Bowling is a long-standing part of the CANUSA Games, welcoming athletes from Hamilton and Flint to compete in a friendly but focused setting. It’s a sport where consistency counts, and each frame is a chance to represent your city with pride.
Age Divisions
- U16 – born 2009 or later
- U22 – born 2003–2008
- 22+ – born 2002 or earlier
Hamilton Tryouts – Summer 2025
Tryouts will be held at Skyway Bowl and are open to all eligible athletes. Each session costs $5 and also serves as a valuable practice opportunity. Multiple tryouts are recommended to improve scores and team chances.

Billeting
All Hamilton athletes under 18 are required to billet a visiting Flint athlete for the Games weekend, August 8–10. This tradition is central to the CANUSA experience and helps build lasting connections between the two cities. Adults (18+) must arrange their own accommodations.
