CANUSA Games 2024 in Flint, Michigan Genesee County August 9th – 11th

Important information

Registration and payment: coaches will provide a registration link when teams are finalized.

Registration must be submitted by July 19th through Amilia.  Fee $70 for all sports except for $80 for golf and hockey athletes. 

• Rowan’s Law – all athletes and parents must read and verify the knowledge of the concussion protocol. The concussion awareness program is a law in Ontario as of January 1st, 2022.

Billeting

Billeting is when a Flint athlete is hosting a visiting Hamilton athlete for the weekend. From Opening Ceremonies on Friday, August 9th until Closing Ceremonies on Sunday, August 11th  Every attempt will be made to match athletes from the same sport.

Modified Billeting is when a Hamilton Parent is in a Flint hotel and has the option to pick up their athletes from the Flint Host home and the Hamilton athlete sleeps in their hotel room. Modified Billeting Contract signed by Hamilton parents through online registration and shared with Flint host parent to ensure good communication for pick up times.
