Pickleball at the 2025 CANUSA Games – Hamilton, Ontario | August 8th to 10th
The 2025 CANUSA Games will feature an exciting Pickleball competition from August 8th to 10th in Hamilton, Ontario. Athletes from Hamilton and Flint, Michigan, will come together to compete in a friendly yet competitive environment, showcasing their skills in this fast-growing sport.
The Pickleball competition will take place at local venues in Hamilton. This event will feature both doubles and singles matches, giving athletes the chance to play in a fast-paced and engaging environment. The competition will not be a full tournament but will involve multiple rounds of play.
While tryouts and practices are free, there will be a registration fee for the 2025 CANUSA Games once teams are finalized. If an athlete is unable to pay the registration fee, CANUSA offers scholarships and support to ensure that every athlete can participate. More information on how to apply for financial assistance will be available soon.
As Hamilton is the host city for the 2025 CANUSA Games, Hamilton families are required to billet a Flint athlete for the duration of the event. Billeting is a key part of the CANUSA experience, helping to reduce costs and fostering friendships between athletes and their host families.
Vulnerable Sector Check:
Hamilton parents who are hosting Flint athletes must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check with the Hamilton Police Service. For more information on how to obtain the check, please visit the official CANUSA Housing & Screening Information.
